Project Lifecycle

All projects are different, whether its a brand new web design or search engine optimisation (seo) of an existing site. However regardless of your requirements we take the same professional and consistent approach to all our projects and you can expect the following stages to be followed:

1. Initial contact

Following your first contact with us we will follow this up with a more in depth discussion about your requirements. This will take the form of a face to face meeting, telephone or email discussion depending upon your location and urgency of your requirements.

2. Full written quotation

Once we have identified you exact requirements you will be provided with a full written quotation. This will outline all the tasks that will be undertaken including the time and cost associated with each item.

This ensures that you know what you are paying for, there will be no hidden extras and as long as the requirements don't change, the price in the quotation is the price you pay.

3. Work scheduled

Once the requirements and quotation is agreed we will confirm when the work will take place and when you can expect delivery.

4. Implementation of project

Work will commence.

5. Customer review

Depending on the size of the project there may be customer reviews of the work in progress to ensure that the customers expectations are being met.

6. Delivery

Once completed the project will be delivered to the customer for final sign off and payment.
